I started having the first contact with sound and music early on as a careful listener.
When
I was still a child I began to imagine a lot of melodies. Later on I
had my first opportunity to compose music using the game produced for
the videogame console "Playstation 1" called "Music."
Already as
an adult I ended up making my first graduate degree in Administration
although I never ceased to feel a significant creative energy in me that
needed some development.
While I was studying Administration I played in some amateur bands as guitarist and vocalist.
Then I spent a year (2006) taking music lessons in Brazil (Recife - PE).
When
I arrived in Portugal in 2007 I was looking for something new and
challenging concerning sound, so I decided to do a Master Degree in
Sound Design (2008) at Escola das Artes - Universidade Católica
Portuguesa (U. C. P.).
I spent two years learning a lot of interesting things about sound cience and sound art.
My
final project in Escola das Artes (2010) was creating and developing
the Sound Design for a 3D Animation called "O Empregado do Mês" ("The
Employee Of The Month").
